Zenit S.p.A. operates in a complex of 20,000 square meters of which 10,000 are covered and is divided into the following departments:

Raw material warehouse
Our raw material warehouse, which covers an area of 4,000 square meters and is stocked with pipes with sizes from 70 mm to 355 mm (various thicknesses S355 first choice and second choice) and with rod bars with sizes from 60 mm to 240 mm (S355 and C45).

Pipe and rod cutting
Our cutting department consists of four band saws and one alternative.
We cut up to:
- maximum diameter 830 mm
- maximum weight 10,000 kg

Turning
Our roughing and finishing departments are composed of eight latest generation numerical control lathes including a 5-axis multitasking lathe and six parallel lathes.
We lathe to:

Milling on cylindrical components
Thanks to our latest generation lathes, we perform milling, even complex ones, on cylindrical parts.

Assembly and welding
Thanks to our assembly and welding department, we assemble and weld rollers up to:

Static and dynamic balancing
Our roughing and finishing departments are composed of three automatic Cemb balancing machines.
We balance parts up to:
- maximum diameter 1.000 mm
- maximum length of 10,000 mm
- maximum weight of 5,000 kg

Grinding
Our grinding department consists of four numerically controlled grinding machines, two manual grinding machines and one manual taping machine.

Galvanic nickel plating
Our treatment department consists of five tanks dedicated to galvanic nickel plating.
We nickel plate diameters up to 1,800 mm and a maximum length of 5,500 mm with a maximum weight of 3,000 kg.

Chemical nickel plating
Our treatment department consists of a chemical nickel-plating plant.
We completely nickel parts with a maximum diameter of 800 mm and a maximum length of 3,000 mm with a maximum weight of 2,000 kg.

Galvanic copper plating
Our treatment department consists of eight galvanic copper plating tanks.
We copper plate up to:

We provide all types of chrome plating thanks to the team of suppliers we have created around our rollers.
The types of chrome plating are:
