The summer break is over, and at Zenit S.p.A. it is time to get back to work. After a few weeks dedicated to rest and maintenance, production is starting again with the same attention that has always characterized every stage of our work. Restarting means getting back into the daily rhythm, but also looking ahead to the coming months with energy, focus and enthusiasm for new challenges. ⚙️

For an industrial company, returning to work is not simply about resuming daily activities. It is also an opportunity to check machinery, organization and priorities, preparing every department to handle new orders and requirements. Our experience in roller manufacturing allows us to restart with a practical approach: listening to our customers, analyzing specifications and transforming their requirements into components ready to be integrated into production processes.

Production Restarting, Sector by Sector

The wide range of applications represents one of the most important aspects of our business. We manufacture components for different production lines, where precision, reliability and operational continuity are essential.

In the coming months, we will continue working on Rollers for Flexible Packaging and Rollers for Printing Machines, two areas where surface quality and dimensional accuracy can directly affect the final result of the production process. 📦

Our production also includes Rollers for Sheet Metal, designed for material transport, pulling, pressing and processing operations. Depending on the application and working conditions, different surface finishes and coatings may be required.

Special attention is also dedicated to Tissue Rollers, used in machines where consistency, precision and continuous operation play a central role. The same care is applied to Rollers for Paper and Cardboard, which are used at different stages of converting and processing lines.

Steel Rollers: Experience, Materials and Machining

The production of our Steel Rollers is based on a wealth of experience developed over the years and supported by specific technologies and manufacturing processes. Zenit was founded in 1967 and has specialized in the production of cylindrical components for different industrial sectors. 🔩

Material selection is carried out according to the required characteristics. We work with carbon steels and stainless steels, as well as other materials designed for specific operating conditions. The availability of different machining processes allows us to manufacture components suitable for a wide range of applications.

Turning, milling, assembly and welding, static and dynamic balancing, grinding and surface treatments are among the manufacturing capabilities we provide. When required, additional treatments and coatings can also be carried out through specialized partners. 🛠️

Alongside steel, we also manufacture Aluminum Rollers, which are particularly interesting when weight reduction is an important factor. We can produce different types, including idler rollers, cooling rollers and special rollers manufactured according to drawings, with diameters of up to 500 mm and lengths of up to 6000 mm.

The restart after the summer break also concerns production for the paper industry. Rollers for Paper Mills must operate within production lines where continuity and precision are essential to maintaining a stable process.

These components can be used, for example, in knife-holder systems, shredding, perforation or other industrial applications. Our ability to handle significant diameters and lengths allows us to undertake projects requiring particular attention to machining and dimensional inspection. 🔧
