In the attached photos, you can see the results of grinding on various conical sections of large solid shafts, intended for the sheet metal processing sector. With a diameter of 350 mm 📏 and a length of 6100 mm 📐, these rollers exemplify our skill in constructing high-quality steel rollers.

Moreover, we offer a range of surface treatments that enhance the resistance and durability of the rollers. Electrolytic and chemical nickel plating, as well as electrolytic copper plating, add protective layers that improve corrosion resistance and wear resistance. External chrome plating provides a smooth and resistant finish, while external thermal and/or chemical treatments optimize the mechanical properties of the metal. For specific needs, we also provide external rubber and polymer coatings, which offer additional protection and improve performance in particular applications.
